Who we are, what we cover, and why Gaming Girlfriends exists.
Gaming Girlfriends is an independent gaming publication covering news, honest hardware reviews, guides, esports and the culture around play, with a soft spot for the cozy corners of gaming that bigger outlets overlook.
The name is the point: gaming has never belonged to one kind of player. Nearly half of everyone who plays is a woman, and everyone deserves coverage that's smart, warm and free of gatekeeping. We write for all of it, the ranked grinders, the cottagecore farmers, the deal hunters and the folks buying a first headset.
What we stand for
- Honesty first. Our reviews say what we actually think. Scores are never for sale.
- Independence. We may earn affiliate commissions on some links (disclosed here), they never influence rankings or coverage.
- Accountability. When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so on our corrections page.
